Crockpot Sweet and Sour Meatballs Recipe

I think we can all agree that crockpots are amazing. Especially when it's super hot outside, the last thing you wanna do is turn your oven on.
This is another one of our favorites and it's SO easy!

1 (10oz) jar sweet and sour sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2lbs. frozen meatballs (I get the huge bag at Costco and throw in about 24-25)
1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
1 medium green bell pepper, cubed (I only had 2 red on hand)
1 medium onion, cubed
1 (20oz) can pineapple chunks, drained


Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place all ingredients inside and stir gently. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Serve over rice. (Because mine are fully cooked frozen meatballs, I always cook on LOW for 5 hours) Enjoy!!
